The costs will vary considerably depending on which product, quantity, and the country to be delivered to.

All of the wedding gowns will fit in a jumbo junior box for delivery.

2.   When do we deliver?

Australia wide postal service delivery 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

We will email you within 24 hours to give you a delivery date

When your goods are sent, we will email you a tracking number so you can track the parcel’s progress

Please note there are different delivery/order fulfilment times for all items purchased

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. Beloved Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery carriers or destination customs clearance processes.

3. Packaging

  • Within Australia delivered by Australia Post – your wedding gown order will be delivered boxed with a Beloved Boutique gown bag and hanger inside. We recommend taking the wedding gown out of the box when it arrives and hang it on the hanger provided in the Beloved Boutique garment bag.  Any creases should drop out of the gown prior to wearing the gown.
  • Accessories and small items will be delivered boxed and in registered post express bags.
  • Internationally – your wedding gown order will be delivered in a box with a Beloved Boutique gown bag inside.  Accessories and small items will be delivered by Australia Post – International registered post bags.

4.   Important information for delivery

All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt

We will not be able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

5.   Shipping methods

Beloved Boutique delivers Australia wide and global

Deliveries within Australia post via Express post.

Deliveries for overseas post via Express and Registered post international.

6.   Insurance – Is my parcel insured?

When your parcel is in transit from the Beloved Boutique to your nominated delivery address, we insure the cost of the items.

When the items have been delivered to the nominated delivery address and have been signed for – they are no longer covered by insurance, and all responsibility passes onto you.

If you have nominated a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the order by Beloved Boutique and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, we recommend you do not sign for it and refuse to accept the delivery.

If the parcel is damaged but you wish to accept it – write a note on the form to say you are accepting a damaged parcel.

If you do accept – please check closely to see if the items inside are damaged or not before you sign.

7.   Prices, Taxes & Duties

Australia – GST is included in the ticket price as shown on the item

All countries other than Australia are shipped – DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

All product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email, as we will need you to respond to it. This will ensure your order is delivered on time.
